The Banksia Company is located at Furner near Millicent in the south east of South Australia.

Our mild climate provides ideal conditions for the production of good quality native flowers.

We grow a wide range of Australian and South African species and are in production for twelve months of the year. All flowers are plantation grown and are irrigated and fertigated. Our flowers are marketed from the plantation throughout Australia and exported to Europe, USA, Canada and Japan.

Our main local markets are in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The original flower farm was planted in 1983 and covered 40 hectares.

Our second plantation of 20 hectares was planted in 1994. We are continually making new plantings of improved varieties of flowers as they become available. We also market the produce of a network of local growers. This represents another 80 hectares of production.
